We have been operating in Vietnam for over 20 years now, and we’ve been committing to the community and building our local practice with our knowledge from around the globe.

We have created brands and identities, designed different type of projects, to enhance the space of working, living, playing and hospitality. We have been at the forefront of forward-thinking design for innovative, creative spaces and much more.

Officially founded in 2004, our initial office has grown to be successful and reputable local consulting firm in Vietnam. The office delivers a wide mix of Planning, Architecture, Interiors and Landscape, supporting Mixed-Use Developments, Commercial Office Buildings, Residential, Hospitality and educational projects.

Ismael Gulser Belmonte

Former General Director

Ismael Gulser Belmonte completed his study in Germany, achieving his certification in Architecture and engineering. Since moving to Vietnam, he worked for a number of high-profile Architectural firms. With 20 years experience, 14 of which in Vietnam, he worked for different Architectural firms; he was involved in design and management of several large scale and complex projects, high-rise apartments and commercial buildings. He received a fire safety and emergency management certification in 2002 and got his professional license in Vietnam in 2007.

Nguyen Hoang Giang

Chairwoman

Nguyen Hoang Giang one of founders of TwoG, has over 20 years of experiences in the construction field. Prior to establishing the company, Ms. Giang was a key member at Meinhardt Vietnam. Ms Giang has been involved in many different projects, such as: urban design, hospitality projects, commercial, educational project and residential, etc.
Ms Giang has developed a deep understanding of Vietnamese local codes, statutory procedure as well as cultural sensitivity. She has been working to coordinate SMEP team for many big scale projects. She has completed her Master D. in Germany on Sustainable urban development in 2017

Diego Maltesi

Partner - Design Director

Diego Maltesi is an Italian registered architect graduated from the Politecnico di Milano with over 20 years of international experience in the architectural field, which almost half spent in Asian markets.
Diego has worked in Aedas Vietnam. During this period he has been involved mainly in large scale mixed-use projects from concept phase to detail design and both as project architect and as lead design architect. Some of those have been awarded with international prizes. He joined TWOG in 2012.

Ziad Ghosn

Design Manager

With over 15 years experience in management and architectural disciplines, Ziad has been involved in a range of high-profile projects, from Mixed-use commercial, industrial and institutional design, leading projects from inception to Construction.
Zaid's design philosophy comes from a minimalistic approach, with complexity evolving through intrinsic and extrinsic forces. Ziad believes that a deep understanding of the context, cultural and environmental aspects play a big part in architectural design.
Ziad's experience stretches from London to Southeast Asia. Having graduated in London with Honours, he partook on opportunities in Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia.
